Summer Update!

Has is really been months since my last post. Life is to crazy. School starts in two days and I don't feel like I accomplishes all I wanted to get done this summer but hopefully when school starts we can get back on a schedule and get more done. This is a real quick summer update. The pictures say it all, 4th of July, baseball, swim class, cabin trip, lake Powell, ect... I think my favorite moment this summer is when Cutler and Josie(my niece) wake boarded at lake Powell. That was a proud parent moment. The pics are at the bottom of the post. Anyway can't believe summer is over.

Cal's Birthday!

All Cal wanted for his birthday was dynamite. A little scary for a mom to hear. So when I told him he couldn't have dynamite he said he wanted a ball of string. Pretty crazy but let me tell you he really is the most easy kid to please. His favorite gift was the one you see him sporting for a measly $3.00 at Dillly Dallys. I did tell him he could have a dynamite cake and he was thrilled. He would just stare at it when I finished it and said he couldn't stop looking at it. I guess that made it worth all the work that went in to it. I love this kid he's my lovey dovey kid and always has a hug and kiss for me.

Wow Cutler's 8!

I really can't believe that Cutler is turning eight. Where does the time go. He is going to be baptized next week. Cutler is such a great kid. He is always helping me out and does most everything he is asked. He loves to learn about science and geography. I thought is was so cute that he asked for a globe for his birthday. He's also doing very well on the piano and just loves to be outside. I just can't think that we are half way to driving and hope the next eight years doesn't go by as fast. We love you Cutler HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

SOMETHING EVERY MOM MUST READ!

I came across this blog that every mother has to read. It truly changed me and my attitude about being a mom. It's really the hardest job in the world and reading things like this just gives you a boost. Plan on sobbing your eyes out, but trust me it's worth reading. The blog is adailyscoop.blogspot and it's about a mother's perspective after a her child dies. The post that hit me the hardest was "behold your little ones" you can scroll down to popular posts to find this. All her posts are amazing and I think she is so incredible. Like I said plan crying but so worth it!!!

Three things I'm grateful for!!!

I thought it was better late than never to post pictures of Halloween costumes. But I just got around to getting these of Cutler. He was sick on Halloween and I didn't get any good pictures then. So we just got these on Sat of him.

Cutest little monkey I think I ever saw. Love this little girl.

Cal wanted to be a cop so bad and our sweet neighbor let him get some pictures with him and his car. He was the happiest kid when he got to sit in the car and turn on the sirens.

Happy birthday sis! I was going to post all these fun pictures of you but realized all my pictures and disc's I just sent to your house because of the move. I just want you to know you are one of the most beautiful person I know inside and out and I hope you have a wonderful birthday. I look up to you so much and you always make me want to be a better person and mother. Especially because you are the best mom and Bricey is so lucky to have you. Anyway have a great day I love ya!

A Week of Firsts

I thought Cal looked so small at the bus stop.
This was really the second day of school because Cal was sick on the first day. It was the first day for him and he was so excited.







































Cutler is getting to big. He was really
getting bored at home and couldn't wait
to start school. He is such a big help to
me. I don't know what I would do
without him.















The kids all had green mouths from waylons

think they have been on a wagon ride before.

her first curlers. It didn't last very long before
